Heydude Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with Heydude products is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please follow the guidelines below to initiate a return or refund.

Return Requirements

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Be in brand new, unused, and undamaged condition.
Include all original packaging, labels, inserts, and accessories.
Be suitable for inspection and resale.

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will be refused a refund.

Non-Returnable Products

Heydude cannot accept returns for:

Customized or made-to-order items.
Digital goods or downloadable content.
Gift cards and promotional rewards.
Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your Heydude order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us promptly at florianudiw@gmail.com.

Refund Processing

After receiving your return, Heydude will inspect the item for compliance with the return requirements. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow for additional time if your banking institution requires it.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and apply accordingly.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery Estimates

Heydude processes orders in 2-4 business days.
Shipping delivery generally takes 7-15 business days.

Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Heydude package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, keep all original packaging and contact us immediately at florianudiw@gmail.com for resolution.
