Agreement and Platform Use

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Heydude website and govern all transactions you complete on this platform. By browsing or purchasing from Heydude, you agree to comply fully with these Terms.

Authorized Use and Restrictions

Access to Heydude’s website must comply with applicable laws. You are strictly prohibited from the following actions:

Accessing restricted system directories without proper authorization credentials;
Impairing, overloading, or otherwise compromising the security or operational integrity of the website;
Uploading or transmitting any viruses, ransomware, or malicious code;
Reproducing, copying, re-selling, or exploiting any proprietary content from Heydude’s platform without prior written consent;
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized behavior related to your use of the platform or your orders.

Product Information Accuracy and Order Acceptance

Heydude endeavors to provide accurate details about all products, including pricing, descriptions, availability, and imagery. Nonetheless, errors or inconsistencies may occur. Your order is considered only an offer to purchase; order acceptance is subject to verification of pricing and stock availability.

Order Placement, Processing, and Shipping

Placing an order sends an offer to purchase Heydude products, which we must explicitly accept.
Heydude reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to pricing errors, insufficient stock, payment problems, or anti-fraud measures.
Once accepted, order processing requires 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times range from 7-12 business days after processing completion.
Shipping costs are calculated and disclosed during checkout.

Returns and Refund Policies

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to request a return. Please observe the following return conditions:

Products must be unused, unmodified, and returned in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the received items are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Contact Heydude support at florianudiw@gmail.com to obtain return authorization before sending the product back.
Refunds will be issued only after Heydude receives and inspects the returned products.
Refund processing takes 5-10 business days after return approval and inspection.
All refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests received after this 24-hour window may be declined if processing has already begun, making cancellation impossible.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Heydude’s website—including text, graphics, trademarks, code, and site design—is the exclusive property of Heydude or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or exploitation of this content is prohibited without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Heydude provides its site and services “as is” and “as available,” disclaiming all warranties to the fullest legal extent, including but not limited to uninterrupted service or error-free operation, except where prohibited by law.
